Guadalupe specialized in a fusion of Caribbean, southern & tropical cuisines, captured in signature dishes like our goat curry, mango pork tacos & stuffed avocado.
We also offered modern twists on old favorites like our locally sourced burgers (bison, beef, watusi & sometimes goat), house made organic sweets, a wholesome kids menu, delightfully fresh salads and an extensive taqueria menu... paired with a wide array of local craft sodas, ciders & beers, locally-roasted organic espresso & coffee as well as sustainably produced, natural wines from around the world.

As a FARM2TABLE restaurant, we chose local farm sources for ingredients such as: meat, eggs & poultry, trout, dairy, herbs & produce (when in season), and we partnered with dozens of local crafters & artisans such as beekeepers, cheesemakers, coffee roasters, bakers, brewers & so on.
