I enjoy creating a menu specific to the event at hand using the freshest local & seasonal ingredients, and am also happy to recreate your Guad-style favorites for private events. From bulk orders to light catering I provide a range of options to suit a variety of gatherings and celebrations. Delivery is available within an hour's drive of Sylva.


I also offer deliciously hand-crafted special order cakes and desserts, prepared from local fruit & flour (Lindley Mills' organic NC grown & milled flours), pastured butter, organic dairy & sugars, fair trade chocolate and spice, and only organic eggs from local, pasture-raised hens.

Most desserts can be prepared with minimum 72 hours' notice; catering requires a longer lead time.
