Where to find Lupe foods?
These days, you can find me at the old school farmer's market in downtown Sylva NC most saturday mornings with assorted goodies for sale, and from May through October I'm also at the Village Green's wednesday market in Cashiers NC. I make different things every week but always bring a mix of savories and sweets... Come by, say hi and pick up something delicious to eat right away or take home to share!
If today isn't a market day, you can purchase Lupe ready-to-eat foods from several local shops (small-batch granola & olive-oil crackers, fun flavors of hummus, fresh pesto & local cheese spreads, my classic RoGa Haba hot sauce & other sundries such as quirky micro-batch spice sets and paleo brownies).

JAAR farm stand (open daylight hours, located between Sylva & Balsam right off the highway at 148 Canter Lane)
Yonder Community Market (@ 151 Hillcrest Avenue in Franklin NC)
Wild Kitchen Supply (West Main Street in downtown Sylva)
Organic Bodyworkx (also on West Main Street in downtown Sylva)
