our menu is influenced by Southern American & tropical cuisines, prepared fresh with whole ingredients, many of which are locally sourced.
Having a great fondness for tropical ingredients (such as avocado, mango, chocolate, tamarind, coconut, coffee & plantain), we aim to source these items responsibly to the best of our abilities.
