- Guadalupe Spice Blends are three classic seasonings from the now-defunct Guadalupe Cafe, complete with tips on how to use them to recreate your favorite dishes :) Set contains Cumin Masala, Lavender Pepper, and Mango Curry.
- Magically Zesty All-Purpose Seasonings are three new blends made with local ingredients like chilies, herbs and dried mushroom powder: Juniper Sage Rub (robust herbal blend for roasting meats & hearty stews) Mustard Masala (tangy and aromatic), and my latest "Umami-Bomb", an earthy, spicy-sweet blend of local blue oyster mushroom powder with cayenne, cinnamon, star anise & garlic.
