Formerly known as Guadalupe Cafe, my biz is now shortened to Lupe and I make an array of delicious farm-to-table goodies & all-natural desserts available for sale at the farmers' market, select local shops, by special order, and online...
Favorite cakes to order include my multitude of scrumptious Cheesecakes & Fruit Cobblers, my spicy Mexican Chocolate Cake, my local Carrot Cake and caramel custard Flan all made with organic ingredients & local pastured eggs... I also offer an ever-evolving selection of pantry staples: artisanal Granola, rustic Crackers, RoGa Haba hot sauce, organic cocoas & spice sets, plus assorted spreads and dips like Hummus & Pesto.... These are available in local shops, at the farmers market, and online. Farm to table awesomeness: As always, everything is prepared with simple, local ingredients like pastured eggs from my own little flock, organic dairy & pastured butter, local organic flours from Lindley Mills, fair-trade organic chocolate, organic grains, legumes, sugars & spices, and local produce & honey from Western North Carolina farms. |

Choose from an easy, light menu of hand-crafted farm to table options to cater WNC gatherings, meetings, parties & events: Zesty Salsa Platters, Samosa Plates, Brunch Platters, locally sourced Salads & Grazing Boards (incorporating my handcrafted spreads & homemade crackers), plus sweeter options like whole Cakes, gluten-free Brownie trays & mini Fruit Cobblers are all available for local delivery with a minimum of 72 hours notice. |
